These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Typelly (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Typelly may offer paid plans ("Pro") billed on a recurring basis. Prices, features and billing frequency are shown at checkout.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.
• If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is updated.
• Refunds are handled according to applicable law and evaluated case-by-case. Contact support for help.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access or disrupt the Service or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission.
• Upload or share malicious code or content that violates rights.

You retain rights to content you submit (e.g., comments or profile information). You grant us a limited license to operate the Service and display your content as needed.

Typing results and analytics are provided for informational purposes and may vary. We may improve scoring and analysis over time.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Read the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Typelly and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You can stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice within the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
